- Provide experienced and reliable staff who are always seeking to perform hygienic cleaning to a high standard.
- Maintain the building and grounds to ensure it is kept neat, tidy, safe and hygienic.
- Build, maintain and keep electronic record keeping of the cleaning activities, tasks, and demonstrating compliance with the contract requirements in both performance of cleaning duties and frequency.
- Help the Building Manager identify ongoing and continuous improvement opportunities for cleaning the grounds.
- Proactively deliver cleaning services to maintain visual appeal of the building and beyond the front door of peoples homes
